3 Launches WWW, the First Option With Mobile Browser
to Surf the Web With No Limits

Until the 30th of September, subscribers can access any Internet site from their video mobile phone, for only one Euro per day, with no time or telephone traffic limits.

Rome, ITALY (June 1, 2006) - 3 Italia, Mobile Media Company of the Hutchison Wampoa Group, exclusively launches WWW, the first mobile browser service designed for surfing the Internet with no limits from the subscriber’s video mobile phone.

Consumer and business customers will be able to use their own video mobile phone
to read and send email messages, surf the Web, buy tickets online, book flight tickets, check the stock exchange or get up to date on the latest news.

The new service WWW is the first of its kind to guarantee a flat access fee and to
allow 3 subscribers to access any Internet site with a simple click from any video
mobile phone.

The WWW mobile browser can be easily downloaded and installed on the subscriber’s video mobile phone by clicking on the WWW service icon on 3’s Mobile
Planet Portal. Alternatively, the subscriber can download the WWW browser by
sending a free SMS from the service presentation page on the site www.tre.it to his video mobile phone.

From the WWW home page on the mobile handset, the LINK section provides quick access to sites for La Repubblica, Corriere della Sera and Gazzetta dello Sport, to the weather forecast, curiosities of Dagospia and Tre.it. The section SEARCH allows the subscriber to quickly find what he’s looking for on Google, Yahoo, MSN, Wikipedia and EBay. The MAIL section provides fast direct access to Gmail, Yahoo, Hotmail and Tiscali.  The OTHER section provides a quick reference guide and ability to send any
web address to a friend.

The WWW mobile browser offers 3 subscribers many of the typical browser functionalities found on personal computers such as History of the Web sites recently visited, full screen pages, and managing Favorites.

With the Try & Buy option, subscribers can download the WWW application on their
video mobile phone to try the service. Users can surf the Internet for free for one
week, from any place, with no limitation on data usage.

At the end of the trial period, users can subscribe to the WWW service for a special
price until 30th September 2006.  Subscribers can choose from a special daily rate
of 1 Euro per day (regularly priced at 2 Euro per day) or a monthly subscription of 9
Euro per month (regularly 15 Euro per month). These plans include unlimited data traffic. For those users who prefer a pay-as-you-go plan, the rate applied will be that already defined in their tariff plan for data usage.

Vincenzo Novari, CEO of 3 Italia, explains: “Finally Internet comes out of the home and
is available on 3 video mobile phones with no limitations on time or traffic." 3 Italia, the
first company in the market to launch UMTS and mobile digital TV demonstrates once again its leadership as a Mobile Media Company with its innovative WWW service, economical and easy to use. 3 Italia further enriches its offer with the convergence of communication services, Internet and mobile media. The 3 video mobile becomes even more a “Personal Life Station.”

The WWW service combines the speed of the 3 Italia UMTS network with Novarra’s mobile web technology, giving 3 customers fast and easy access to every Internet
Web site from their video mobile phone.

“Internet is used every day by people of all ages, from teenagers to business professionals. With the WWW service, 3 customers don’t need to find a computer
or an Internet Café - they can simply turn on their video mobile phone and surf the
Web the same as if they were at home or in the office," says Jayanthi Rangarajan,
CEO of Novarra.

3 Italia is the Mobile Media Company controlled by Hutchinson Whampoa Group, with
